2. Art des Gewinnspiels & Partnerhinweis
Bei den verlosten Preisen handelt es sich ausschließlich um digitale Güter (z. B. In-Game-Items, digitale Codes, Software-Lizenzen, digitale Inhalte).
Die digitalen Preise werden vom Veranstalter selbst an die Gewinner übermittelt oder teilweise von Partnern oder Sponsoren zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die Partner stellen die Gewinne zur Verfügung, haben jedoch keinen Einfluss auf Durchführung, Ablauf oder Gewinnerermittlung.

4. Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel

5. Gewinn & Gewinnerermittlung
Die Gewinner werden nach Ablauf des Teilnahmezeitraums per Zufallsprinzip oder nach zuvor klar definierter Auswahlmechanik ermittelt.
Die Benachrichtigung erfolgt per Direktnachricht, per E-Mail oder über die im Gewinnspiel genannte Kontaktmöglichkeit.
Meldet sich ein Gewinner nicht innerhalb von 7 Tagen, verfällt der Gewinnanspruch und es wird ein Ersatzgewinner ermittelt.
Eine Barauszahlung, ein Umtausch oder eine Ãœbertragung des Gewinns ist ausgeschlossen.
6. Bereitstellung digitaler Gewinne

7. Datenschutz (DSGVO)
Im Rahmen des Gewinnspiels werden personenbezogene Daten (z. B. Name, Nutzername, E-Mail-Adresse) ausschließlich zur Durchführung des Gewinnspiels verarbeitet.

This giveaway is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, Discord, or any other social media platform.
2. Type of Giveaway and Partner Notice
The prizes offered are exclusively digital goods, such as in-game items, digital codes, software licenses, or other digital content.
The digital prizes are either provided directly by the Organizer to the winners or supplied in part by partners or sponsors.
Partners may provide prizes but have no influence on the execution, procedure, eligibility checks, or winner selection unless expressly stated in the individual giveaway.
If a giveaway contains advertising or sponsored content, it will be clearly and transparently identified as such.
3. Eligibility
Participation is open worldwide.
Participants must be natural persons aged 18 years or older unless different requirements are stated in the specific giveaway announcement.
Employees, contractors, and directly involved partners of the Organizer are excluded from participation.
4. How to Participate
Participation takes place according to the requirements described in the individual giveaway, for example commenting, following, submitting a form, or completing another clearly stated action.
Participation is free of charge. No purchase is necessary. Multiple entries, automated entries, bot activity, or manipulation attempts are prohibited.
5. Prize and Winner Selection
Winners will be selected after the participation period ends, either at random or according to a clearly defined selection method announced before or during the giveaway.
Winners may be notified by direct message, email, or another contact method stated in the giveaway announcement.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days after notification, the claim to the prize may expire and a replacement winner may be selected.
Cash payment, exchange, substitution, resale, or transfer of the prize is excluded unless expressly permitted by the Organizer.
6. Delivery of Digital Prizes
Digital prizes will be delivered by email, direct message, code transfer, account-based delivery, or another appropriate digital delivery method.
Because only digital goods are provided, no shipping, customs, import, or transport costs apply.
The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues outside its reasonable control, including platform outages, account restrictions, regional limitations, compatibility issues, or third-party service failures.
7. Data Protection
Personal data collected in connection with the giveaway, such as names, usernames, email addresses, or contact details, will be processed only for the purpose of administering the giveaway, contacting winners, and delivering prizes.
Personal data will not be used for advertising purposes and will not be shared with third parties unless this is necessary to deliver the prize or legally required.
Personal data will be deleted after completion of the giveaway unless statutory retention duties or legitimate legal interests require longer storage.
8. Exclusion from the Giveaway
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants in cases of manipulation, attempted fraud, breach of these terms, automated participation, abusive conduct, or false or misleading information.
9. Early Termination or Changes
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway early for important reasons, including technical failures, legal requirements, platform restrictions, abuse, or circumstances outside the Organizer’s control.
10. Governing Law and Legal Recourse
Unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise, the giveaway is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Legal recourse regarding the selection of winners is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
